MISTR State Privacy Law Addendum

This State Privacy Law Addendum (“Addendum”) provided by MISTR Inc. and its affiliates, (“MISTR” “Company” or “We”) supplements the information contained in MISTR Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) and describes our privacy principles and practices under certain state laws. The following state-specific privacy notices are incorporated into this Addendum:

Colorado Resident Privacy Notice describes rights under the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA).

To the extent there is any inconsistency between the terms of the MISTR Privacy Policy and the state-specific privacy notices, the terms of the state-specific privacy notices control.
