I have been getting prep and doxy pep from these people for a few months now. So far the service has been great. The medication arrives very quickly and they keep up with refill reminders, etc. The blood sample is hard for me to get (I believe it’s every 2 or 3 months), so I have a nurse friend stop by and help me with it. This service is a godsend because my insurance would not pay for this medication (nearly $2000 monthly).

Mistr is quick, easy, and efficient. If only everything else in life could be this simple! I used to get PreP through my doctor, which meant going in for testing and waiting for results, then going to the pharmacy and waiting In a long line to pick up. Mistr changed all that. Now it’s a simple test kit that I drop in the mail, and PreP arrives at my door. No more missed days of taking Prep while waiting for a refill. I don’t have to worry about scheduling to test again. I always have nothing but good things to say about Mistr. When I have a question about something, I message them via my profile on the website and get a response usually within 24 hours. When it’s time to get my medication refilled, they send a message asking if it’s okay to send it and after I reply I usually receive my prescription with 1-2 days since I live in California.
