I have been getting prep and doxy pep from these people for a few months now. So far the service has been great. The medication arrives very quickly and they keep up with refill reminders, etc. The blood sample is hard for me to get (I believe it’s every 2 or 3 months), so I have a nurse friend stop by and help me with it. This service is a godsend because my insurance would not pay for this medication (nearly $2000 monthly).

I used to get PreP through my doctor, which meant going in for testing and waiting for results, then going to the pharmacy and waiting In a long line to pick up. Mistr changed all that. I always have nothing but good things to say about Mistr. When I have a question about something, I message them via my profile on the website and get a response usually within 24 hours. When it’s time to get my medication refilled, they send a message asking if it’s okay to send it and after I reply I usually receive my prescription with 1-2 days since I live in California.
